Quality Assurance

Institutional Quality and Continuous Improvement

At our University, the quality approach aims to ensure that education and training, research and development, community engagement, and administrative services are carried out in a measurable, traceable, and continuously improvable manner.

Quality Assurance System

Institutional processes are evaluated through a cycle of planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. Stakeholder feedback and performance indicators are incorporated into decision-making processes.

Turkish Higher Education Quality Standards

Quality processes of the Council of Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), internal evaluation reports, institutional indicators, quality commission activities, and program evaluation approaches are taken as the basis.

European Quality Approach

The principles of the European Higher Education Area are taken into consideration, with a focus on student-centered learning, transparency, stakeholder engagement, and a sustainable quality culture.

Accreditation and Self-Evaluation

Program learning outcomes, graduate competencies, course information packages, and evidence of continuous improvement are regularly reviewed.

Stakeholder Engagement

Students, alumni, academic and administrative staff, external stakeholders, and representatives of the business community are considered important sources of feedback in quality processes.

Data-Driven Monitoring

Satisfaction surveys, performance indicators, reports, and process outcomes are monitored to identify areas for improvement.
