Central Payroll Accrual Unit

The Central Payroll Accrual Unit calculates salaries, additional course payments, wage payments, bonuses, and other financial payments related to the employment rights of all academic, administrative, and worker personnel employed at the university, in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The Unit conducts pre-expenditure checks of payrolls, statutory deductions, and payment order documents prepared by authorized payroll officers, ensuring that legal procedures are carried out accurately and on time. It also coordinates the prepared financial documents and ensures that they are ready to be submitted to the Spending Authorities of the relevant units for approval.
