Private Office

The Private Office Directorate operates in accordance with the directives of the Rector, ensuring that incoming correspondence is delivered to the relevant offices and coordinating communication between the Rectorate and other university units. It organizes appointments for officials and guests visiting from within or outside the institution, helping to prevent any disruptions. The Private Office Directorate also coordinates all meetings and official programs attended by the Rector.
